Ashton Morgan is a private corporation that  maintains a trading account and strong credit line with Its Security Firm to facilitate investing in Investment Grade Bonds. The programs foundation is based entirely on Ashton Morgans substantial credit line made available and shared with qualified investors.
Individuals and corporations can participate in an easy to understand investing approach, and when compared to certificates of deposits and savings accounts, the relative certainty of fixed income bonds was, and still is my choice for revenue production.
Sub accounts are opened in the investors name, allowing complete control over its own securities and deposits.

The program presents an opportunity of what may be accomplished by those investors who have minimal funds, but may join with others to pool their funds as investment clubs, corporations or partnerships to realize higher than CD returns.

Create risk capital by asking investors who otherwise are reluctant to put their capital at risk to take part in the bond program, and then apply their earnings toward lending or investing with your small business.  In this manner the investor preserves its capital base and risks the earnings.
Owners who have securities may wish to take advantage if possible, of earning increased rates by borrowing against their securities and re-investing using my credit line rates.

In each case the process is the same, but by applying the use of funds for a different purpose may create an opportunity or help solve a problem which otherwise may not be addressed.

 The client has signatory control over the bonds in its account along with Ashton Morgan's secutities acquired through its credit line purchase.
Distributions are made in a timely manner to the investor by Ashton Morgan using a Letter of Authorization supplied by the security firm.  Ashton Morgan retains a CPA firm and is responsible for all Federal and State filings and reporting documents as required by law.

Highlights of the program:  
 

• Minimum investment deposit $500,000.00
• Deposits are made directly to the Security Firm by the investor.
• Accounts will read Ashton Morgan for the benefit of (FBO) you/your corporate name.
• Accounts are separate without  co-mingling of funds.
• Term of investment approximately 3-7 years  
• Securities Purchased are U.S. investment grade rated Bonds
• Rate of return market variable
• Distributions are made to the investors as received into the account. 
  Ashton Morgan may invest up to two (2) times the initial investment ie; a 500,000 investment establishes a bond portfolio of  1,500,000.
  Ashton Morgan sets up your sub account ,and shares its credit line. All matters relating to the purchases and sales of securities are made solely by the security firm.
